The list of machines below take waste products and produce a clean brand of diesel #2 compatible fuel we call w2. The fuel has less than 10ppm sulfur versus the EPA standard of 15. It has 80% less aromatic hydrocarbons, qualifying the fuel to be used in California under the CARB's LCFS standard. The fuel is a great lubricant that is friendly to engines. It works well for marine uses with a very low gel point. The fuel is compliant with the ASTM D975 diesel fuel standard, and thus may be blended with any other fuel meeting that standard.
An industrial machine that cleans and upgrades dirty diesel #6 (normally mixed with asphalt or roofing tar) to transportation grade diesel #2. It produces w2 clean diesel fuel from waste industrial solvents with mere ounces of waste material caught in the filters per thousands of gallons. Each machine produces approximately 1 million gallons per month, but can be modified to produce far more.
The ec88 can produce comparable fuel from a variety of other feedstocks, including Used motor oil, shale oil, used cooking oil, biomass, seed oil, algae, residual fracking oils, tar sands oil, coal, D4, D5, and D6, used lube oil, waste lubricant oil and fluids, solvents, crude residuals, plastic oil, waste chemical solutions, human sewage, animal manure, and much much more.
This machine takes in raw sewage or manure and produces clean drinking water, fertilizer, and w2 diesel fuel. The scale of the machine is designed for a farm, dairy, or third world village.
Status: Design complete. 1 to 2 months for construction of prototype.
This machine is designed to sit on fish processing boats. Fisherman are not allowed to throw fish waste – heads, tails, and guts – overboard, but must store the material. EVOL2 will process the waste and put out clean water (for use onboard or back to the ocean), fertilizer, and w2 diesel fuel, which may fuel the boat.
Status: Concept. 3 to 6 months needed for development.
WRF supplies replacement filters and chemicals needed by all of the above products. Buyers of the machines would supply the waste feedstocks.
